 1. Project Scope & Customization

All services provided by Aaira Studios are custom-designed based on individual project requirements. Any changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

2. Timelines

Timelines are mutually agreed upon before project initiation. Delays caused by late approvals, payments, or asset submissions may affect the final delivery date.

3. Payments

A 50% advance is required to begin work on most projects. Final payments are due upon completion, before the delivery of final files or execution. For government/corporate projects, payment terms may be adjusted as per agreement.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the creative and personalized nature of our services, cancellations may result in forfeiture of the advance payment. Refunds are not applicable after project initiation.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Aaira Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing channels. Full copyrights can be transferred upon request and final payment.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate, timely feedback, content, and approvals to maintain project flow. Any delays in communication may extend the timeline.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information and project details remain confidential unless publicly shared by the client or agreed upon for promotion.
